For simultaneous audio from both outputs, set the incoming format to Stereo. This HDMI audio extractor supports 4K@60Hz (4:2:0 and 4K@30Hz (4:4:4). If your source device does not output 4K@60 (4:2:0), then lower the resolution 4K@30Hz or 1080P for the extractor to properly process the signal. Compatible with HDMI 1.4 and HDCP 1.4 standards. This HDMI extractor does not downmix 5.1Ch audio to be output via RCA. Ensure that your source device is outputting the correct audio format based on the audio output that is being used.
