Clean and inspect the suspension for rust or damage. Jack up the rear axle and support the vehicle. Place the helper spring on top of the leaf spring, ensuring it’s centered and aligned. Slide U-bolts over the leaf spring. Tighten loosely with brackets and nuts to allow for adjustments. Align the springs symmetrically on both sides Torque all nuts to specifications, ensuring all secure Lower the vehicle, apply a load, and check for proper spring function Retighten bolts if necessary Design to sit on top of the leaf springs at the rear of your vehicle. Keeping a level ride height, reducing body roll and sway, and boosting overall driving stability during lane changes or turns. > Safety gear (gloves, glasses). > Jack and Jack stand. > Wrench and torque wrench. > Measuring tape Penetrating oil (if needed). > Recheck the torque on all hardware after the first 100 miles of driving. > Please check the helper springs and hardware regularly, especially after heavy towing or off-road use. > Clean any dirt or debris from the springs to ensure optimal performance.
