Robust construction with variable toothing on flexible special steel body (M42 bimetal with 8% cobalt). The high quality of the teeth and the teeth geometry give high cutting performance and tool life. Use of lubricant will increase the tool life (metals). The BI hole saw is made of M42 with a hardness of 67~70 HRC, good cutting performance makes drilling easier and smooth. The center drill bit is higher quality, sharp with split tip, it can drill the holes faster and stronger. The shank of arbor is hex, suppot 10mm (3/8") drill chuck or larger chuck.The spring can easily eject the waste and work more comfortably. Suit for Cornhole Boards,air ducts,ceiling light,it can drill in drywall,wood ,plastic, gypsum board,aluminium,soft thin metal and rubber. What materials can be cut by the Bi-metal hole saw? It easy to cut a variety of thick wood, plywood, plastic, drywall, soft plaster, cornhole boards and thin metals. Is there anything to note when cutting? Keep the drill bit in contact with the cutting surface straight at a low speed. Take some time for the saw to cut, so you can get a smooth and clean round cut. When cutting metal, sprinkle cutting oil or water on it. What if I don't find the size I want? We will gradually introduce more models according to the market , in the near future there will be models you need. 1.Don't touch the hole saw immediately after drilling material beacuse of high temperature. 2.Add coolant or water when drilliing metal. 3.Keep drilling slowly when the pilot drill bits through the material. 4.Stop drilling immediately if the hole saws work abnormally during operation. 5.Choose suitable rotating speed when drilling different material. 6.The constructure of the arbor is anti-spin and 2-pin lock, so the saw maybe still slightly loose when the arbor pins engaged, it's normal. It can work normally and securely.
