The Giraffe Bottle Tower XL is a hands-free drinking system designed for people with full lung function, but limited to no upper body mobility. The Tower XL features a much larger drinking tube than the standard Giraffe Bottle Tower, and also uses a bite valve instead of a check valve. It has a black modular assembly that stays in place wherever it is positioned. Giraffe Bottle-brand water bottles are compatible with every type of Giraffe Bottle system (Tower, Tower XL, and Journey), and you can convert your system to another by getting a starter kit for that system. However, the neck assemblies themselves aren't compatible - the large Tower XL tubing doesn't fit into the standard Tower neck.

This Tower XL kit is interchangeable with the Giraffe Bottle Tower and Giraffe Bottle Journey necks - simply unscrew the old adapter/neck and screw on the Tower XL neck.
• •LARGER DRINKING TUBE - The XL drinking tube is over 2 and a half times bigger than the standard Tower drinking tube, with a 1/4" inner diameter - significantly larger than most straws. (Recommended for users with strong lung function.)
• •FLEXIBLE AND ADJUSTABLE - Features a 25 inch / 63 cm flexible modular plastic hose. The neck is fully and repeatedly adjustable and will stay in place without springing back.
• •BPA FREE, FDA COMPLIANT MATERIALS - Modular neck, drinking tube, and bite valve are all made of BPA free, FDA compliant plastics, which shouldn't retain flavor after being properly washed.
• •REMOVABLE BITE VALVE - The bite valve allows the user to control the flow of the liquid, so that it won't leak when not in use, and prevents liquid from flowing back into the bottle. Keeping liquid primed and at-the-ready inside the length of the straw makes staying hydrated a breeze. Note that the bite valve is not recommended for small children or users without strong mouth function due to risk of choking.
